Fairshaw Rigg is an extremely picturesque building in a beautiful landscape. We have compiled a collection of images which we hope will convey some of its attractiveness. Many of our guests have commented that even these photographs don't do it justice. We agree. Fairshaw Rigg, a spacious barn conversion set in idyllic Northumberland countryside, reopened as a fully refurbished 3 bedroomed B&B in June 2010. Initially, it had just one room for overnight accommodation but has now expanded and offers three luxurious rooms and a great breakfast. There is plenty of safe parking and a garden area immediately outside the independent access to the bed and breakfast wing of the property.
There are fabulous views of Northumberland countryside from the property. Within a short distance lies Hexham and Hadrian's Wall. Everywhere you look is worthy of a photograph.
Adjoining the gardens are paddocks accommodating our herd of black alpacas. Our breeding program means there are often young (Cria) to be seen. We love to share our passion and enthusiasm for breeding these beautiful animals and would be delighted to show them to you when you stay with us, if you wish.
